The hair must not have been worn, washed, colored, or altered in any way. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• Minimize heat styling — when you do use heat, always apply a heat protectant
• Store your hair on a mannequin head or in a silk/satin bag when not in use
• Sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase to reduce friction and tangling

The number of bundles depends on the length and fullness you want:

• 10"–14": 2 bundles for a natural look, 3 for extra fullness
• 16"–20": 3 bundles recommended
• 22"–30": 3–4 bundles for full coverage

A closure is a 4x4" or 5x5" lace piece that covers a small area at the top of your head, giving you a natural-looking part. A frontal is a 13x4" lace piece that spans from ear to ear, covering your entire hairline. Frontals offer more styling versatility — you can part your hair anywhere — while closures are easier to install and maintain.
