Shipping Policy

At Beauty Icon STL, we want your hair to reach you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — Free on orders over $75
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Calculated at checkout
• Overnight Shipping (1 business day) — Calculated at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time through the carrier's website. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@beautyiconstl.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
