Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be:
- In its original, unopened packaging
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered (not colored, cut, or heat-styled)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Hair that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way
- Clip-ins that have been removed from packaging
- Sale or clearance items (final sale)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@beautyiconstl.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
- Ship the hair back in its original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Exchanges
Want a different texture or length? We're happy to help with exchanges. Contact us and we'll guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
